Mr. Carmichael: Update on letter that i sent to you on 4/11/18. 5/3 bank was unable to remove the block on my MC. (the card was blocked erroneously by 5/3 and could not be removed due to the "fraud" department inability to text me the verification code to three (3) telephone numbers i provided to them. However, on 4/16 while banking at 5/3 I signed up for "message frequency alerts' and the text came to me immediately from 5/3. I was informed, last week, that a supervisor from the fraud department would contact me 24-48 hours. I'm still waiting. My new MC, which allegedly is "in the mail" has been blocked. I've been informed that the matter has been turned over to the "escalation" department and i will be contacted with 24-48 hours (which remains to be seen). Thank you for you time. BTW: although i was aggravated at 5/3 professionalism, it is has become comical.
