First, I am 71 and disabled, but not mentally! I have had so many problems with Charter ever moving into Samaritan Village in Hughson. About a month ago, I came back from lunch with a 888 number that I had to call! The operator, a tape kept trying to reboot with no success! Finally, I was connected with someone back in Mass. and he said that he would send someone out at 3:00 pm! I kept getting calls making sure I would be at my apartment at the specified time! When the young man came to the wrong room; however, I heard the noise and went out to investigate! They were able to bring my tv back to working; they left. However, I discovered that SV has a pankage deal with them which includes On Demand which he failed to bring back up! Why are they more responsible than this! I have had nothing but trouble with Charter! WHY?
