First, I am a former President and CEO of a company with 4 Divisions. I hope I do not have to change providers to get a simple fix. Spectrum changed my interface with Road Runner and now presents a webmail sign in page first and requires a password sign in each time with no option to remember the password. Tech service could not help. This is only one of many changes Spectrum has made including one requiring travelling to a location. One more and Im done
