I would like to share with you some ideas about how to cooperate together about developing and may be investing an invention related to conical gearbox with further developments based on an European patent. Subject: To cooperate with a partner or sponsor to develop and produce the conical gearbox with more than 40 drifts (speeds or ratios), based on The European patent office filing date . and published 6.04.2016. The WIPO application date is 23.9.2015.
The patent is based on a new concept in the field of Gearboxes which is the conical gearbox that could contain more than 40 speeds. Its ratios spectrum wider than any other gearboxes types with less weight and volume. Knowing that it could contain more than one input or output shafts and each shaft has its own speed.
The future usages
1) Vehicles: it will reduce fuel consumption and users can choose a number of favorite speeds. The user can change in between these speeds, and could be controlled using different situations manual, automatic or tiptronic.
2) Wind Turbine electric generators: it will increase its efficiency and reduce the volume and weight, which means reduce costs.
3) Oil- wells drilling machines and other services: it can give the ideal speed to save money, time and drilling tools.
4) Machinery: it can serve in a wide range of speeds and torques.
5) Electric generating: we can reduce or increase motor RPM to obtain best performance. In the field of electric generating using water flow or sea waves, it could serve better than any other gearboxes with less cost.
