I am very disappointed in how my questions regarding my order have been handled . I ordered this game for my son's birthday back in June. He has anxiously awaited its release. The new Call of Duty game has been out for a week now and he still has not received it. I contacted gamestop through the website earlier this week and was sent a stock reply as to the order in which games are shipped. I called customer support today because the tracking information given to my son does not bring up any information. The usps sight says they have no notice of this shipment. Your customer support representative said I dont know why. Unfortunately the post office is closed today. I know that I chose value shipping and there is a five to seven day business day window for delivery, but there still should be some tracking somewhere to let us know for sure if it has been shipped. Money for this game was withdrawn from account of 11/03 which should indicate shipment. Customer service offered a refund on my shipping . I told her I did not pay for shipping. She then offered to send another game with a 5 - 7 day delivery window. I told her that I have waited long enough and she reluctantly offered to ship a new one over night. About 30 seconds later she said that should couldn't because 7 business days hadn't gone by. She said it only had been five In my estimation it has already been six business days. 11/3. 11/4, 11/7, 11/8, 11/9, and 11/10. I count the third because that is the day we were notified that it shipped and not today because it is a federal holiday. In my opinion product should be shipped in the order of the purchase date. That is now how it was explained to me in my initial response. I was told it was shipped by shipping method and not the date of order. Seems unfair to me. My son is a very loyal customer of gamestop and that is the only reason I ordered through you. I can't say that he will remain one. He could have had his game a week ago if he had gone through just about any any other supplier. Now he sits and listens to all his friends talk about how great it is and we don't even know if he will receive his copy anytime soon.
