First let me start off by saying your hotels are beautiful and very clean. I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Dublin Ga. I had my choices of staying in one of the two hotels side by side and I chose to stay at yours. Upon arriving back to South Carolina, I check my card to find out I was charged 250.00 smoking fee. I explained that I put my butts in the bag upon leaving my car as I always do simply because I hate dirty ash trays. Non the less, I disposed them In my room trash can. I even picked up two cigarette butts that were on the ground in front of the establishment because it looked bad. Now I am one of the honest ones being mistreated because I am sure others lie and try to get out of a charge they are actually guilty of. I promise you this is not the case with me. I tried explaining this to no avail to the manager. I was told I was lying and I know for a fact that I am not. I am appalled at the way I was treated and spoken to. I know it's 250.00 and that may not mean much to some. My son was murdered and I have grand children as well as an elderly aunt I am taking care of , so to me....that is a lot of money. I am sincerely asking you to please assist me in rectifying this matter as soon as possible. I appreciate your promptness in responding. Sincerely
Jennie
