William sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation – email address that said:
First of all I am a Toyota fan. I've had 8 since retiring in 2001. I set up an account recently so I can check on it from time to time. I recently leased a 2016 RAV4 in May thru Ira Toyota in Danvers, MA . I traded in my 2013 Camry at that time. All I want is the Camry removed from my account on line. This seems to be a major problem at Toyota financial services I don't understand why. When I check my account all I would like to see is the RAV4 , not a closed account. I'm at my wits end.
