First of all I love Kohls for all my clothing home goods purchases but had a bad experience today. Last night I made an online purchase for an item with in store pick-up for merchandise that was listed as available. When I never received an email that the item was ready for pick-up I called the store and was told it was being pull as we spoke. A few minutes later I received an email that the item was cancelled. Then contacted an associate at Kolhs.com (1-855-564-5705) and spent 15 minutes on the line resolving the problem when the call was disconnected. The first associate offered to ship the item with two day shipping and at the purchase price of the cancelled order, he placed me on hold and never returned but I was sent to a call survey. I called back a second time and the next associate stated there was no record of my previous call and he could no offer the same two day delivery but I agreed to pick up the item at a different store much further from my home because the item is a birthday gift that I need by Friday. Not sure where the call was coming from but I did have difficulty understanding your associates. Just very frustrating.
