I have spent thousands of dollars with sweet water over maybe 10 years or so. I have used Tech help wit a lot of success, but now I have a problem.. I will try to keep this short.
I have a small studio where I multitrack big band Instruments using Sonar Producer.
I decided it was time to replace my Creation Station with a newer model.
My sales rep (RYAN SLOANE) persuaded me to go for an iMac and change to PERSONS.... big mistake!
Sonar is not compatible with iMac.
Presonus does not cover my needs.
I had lots of problems trying to get my WX5 to work properly, i thought the WX5 was broken so I bought another one from Sweetwater ..
I decided to shelf the iMac and go back to my windows Creation Station. To cut to the chase Sonar will now not recognize the Kontakt vst.
I asked for Tech help and was refused. Ryan Sloan said it was a problem for Native instruments....so because I did not get Kontakt from Sweetwater, they cannot or will; not help me........I disagree.
IT IS A PROBLEM WITHIN SONAR.
I am so tired of each company that I ask help for passing the Buck.
I would thought that me being a good customer Sweetwater would try to help somehow.
I am as getting on years so I need my music
