I am contacting to be heard from my side of the sorry the definitive one in which i can prove but appeals was not interested also i know You are very busy so i suggest you to send this to an executive as i tried but the emails are outdated just please dont send inquiry to paypal appeals, although this may not be very important to you, understandably but it means a great deal to me. As, appeals wont hear my side but ass-u-me i am at fault freezing my funds for anothers violation which ebay id (didhiolly) was not aware of because she checked and it shows hundreds violating this policy daily and far worse selling thousand per item in brand name merchandise which is anything but genuine although they are up and running? now the email to her said unauthentic item was sold but it was actually an authentic as it states in the name "unauthorized authentic" which by law according to the americanbar can mean defective items from legitimate channels, so it is quite unfair how some are permanently punished for minor discrepancies but a majority go unnoticed for large scale fraud. There are far more details in the problems i found connecting this and others but i am trying to keep it brief. So, in brief from an honest mistake without any intention of or any harm done harm done as no cases were opened or negative remarks exchanged a whole family is having problems with their accounts for having the same last name? This is the definition of defamation among other things and all due to one assumption by a single employee. I believe it is in both parties best interest to uphold a moral obligation to your customers and treat them fairly and with respect and not like criminals who have their assets frozen (as to say don't bite the hand that "fees" you) i plan to highlight many other problems facing this and other matters in the near term for the benefit of the general public as they are unaware of there frozen or non frozen funds being invested without insurance and without consent.
