Firstly, please do note that I still do not agree with you or your investigation – Dieter Zetsche email address

Fawzi sent a message to Dieter Zetsche CEO, Daimler AG – email address that said:

Dear Customer `Care @ gargash,
Dear Mr. Georges Antonios @ Daimler,

Firstly, please do note that I still do not agree with you or your investigation.
Mr.  Hameed did have a look at the steering wheel and did take picture but I do not know how qualified he is evaluating leather.
I honestly think that it is a problem with the AMG leather used on the steering wheel.

Dear Mr. Antonios, I would highly appreciate your involvement in this matter to solve it and investigate it from your side as it seems that M/S Gargash do not really care about the reputation of Daimler Benz or AMG. It is unacceptable that such thing happens of a high end car.

Mr. Antonios I would like to share with you my cars selection history to know that I love good powerful with high performance cars, I owned ML55 2002 Model which stayed without any problem for a good 7 years. Had no problem with it and sold it in a perfect condition (including the steering wheel). I then bought a BMW X5 and sold it just under 2 years as I was not happy nor satisfied with it in comparison with my previous ML55. I then bought an Infiniti which performed much better than the BMW X5 but still cannot be compared with ML55. So in December of 2013 I decided to go back to ML. I went to Mercedes Benz showroom in Sh. Zayed Road and actually placed my order for ML63. But then I decided that this car will stay with me for at least the coming 5 years so it should be fully loaded, Sport Performance Package (which includes the AMG steering wheel), air-condition/heater front seats and many more accessories. I received my car on 27.3.2014 and was so happy as if I got a new born. Then this issue happened and now I am prepared to sell the car at any price and never buy another Mercedes in my life if you do not solve this issue once a for all. The car is maintained and serviced at Gargash on time and I save no effort or money to keep my car in an immaculate condition.

I love my ML63 but trust me if you do not solve this issue, then my only option is to sell it and buy any other car. Maybe it’s time for me to try the new Range Rover or move to sedan cars with high performance.

This will be my last email and I expect a positive reply soon.

Sincerely Yours
