FIRSTLY, thank you very much for worldwide recall and refund of Note 7. I am just a note series die-heart fan but how Samsung HK deals with Note 7 pushes me to buy phone from your competitors. Samsung Korea states that customers' safety is your toppest priority. Yes, it may be true in Korea(and other countries), but not Samsung HK. Samsung called back Note 7 worldwide in September, but not Samsung HK. Not until Samsung halted all Note 7 productions would Samsung HK called back Note 7 on 14/10. Samsung HK, however, asked for full package(even the small neddle from the box) from customers for refund, and did not pay money to resellers (e. g. small shops) for Note 7 recall, where small shops needed to borrow loans elsewhere. Samsung HK sucked. I would be grateful if you could find a better subcontractor very soon in HK. I do want to buy back another Note as I miss the S pen very much! Again, however, I appreciate Samsung Koreas effort on maintaining customers' safety.
