Dear Mr Seaton, 3 years ago I retired from Fluor as a Process Director in the UK (Farnborough) office.
Prior to my retirement I proudly produced a patent for Fluor, which not only surrounds oil spills but also collects the oil for collection by boat.
To my knowledge this patent has not been taken up by anybody. So given the recent oil spill in Rotterdam harbour, I thought I might bring this to your attention.
Not only would Flour benefit economically from this Patent being put into production, but it would also highlight Fluor's commitment to the environment.
