Good morning
I sent in a contact form market urgent on your website regarding the Coronavirus outbreak in China, to which I have not received any reply.

My wife and I are currently in Mainland China, and have a return flight with Swiss, on the 2nd March. I called your Hong Kong Office yesterday to try to bring forward our return flights and was told you were only offering changes on flights up until 23rd Feb. I'm guessing this has now changed to the 29th Feb in line with other airlines yesterday, but this does not assist us.

My wife and I are Frequent Flyers with Swiss/Lufthansa group and would have thought that you would recognice our loyalty to your airline, with some assistance in these exceptional circumstances !
The UK goverment has advised us to leave Mainland China in the near future, and is withdrawing many consular staff. It appears that there is significant pressure from within Hong Kong to close access to Hong Kong and the Arport,in the near future so I am very worried and am seeking some urgent assistance.

Please could you get someone to respond Urgently !!
I have also sent messages to the UK Consulate here in the hope that they will assist.
