Mr. Kluhr, Due to COVID19 and the fact my wife and I are seniors with underlying added risk health issues, as well as the strong warnings from health officials to not board an airplane we have decided to cancel our upcoming trip.
Rebooking this trip will not work as we have a second booking with Swiss Air for this October and have been told that the first booking can only rescheduled up to December 31, 2020.
Swiss Air refuses to offer us a refund, and, under the extraordinary circumstances I thought I would appeal to your sense of fair play in that you might reconsider this policy.
