We shop a lot at footlocker and the foot action stores and this is the first time that this has happened. We went to the store to refund the shoes and the assistant manager by the name of gabby and the cashiers were extremely rude and Iâm a manager for a big company and this behavior is not acceptable. I will be doing lots of reviews and especially on Yelp about this experience. I understand what Gabby mentioned no returns for worn shoes and she also blamed my brother for a crease on the shoe that was already there. She refused the return and offered store credit instead of refunding me back on the credit card that we originally paid with. Store number 325003 and transaction number 100034. If you can help with this at the earliest possibly day and with a resolution.
