Hello Mr. Johnson,

My name is Rosa Lott, on May 29,2020, I placed an order on Ladies Foot Locker, for two items a pink Puma dress and red Adidas cycling shorts. Unfortunately, when I opened my package, the pink Puma dress was omitted. I’m so devastated to be charged for something I never received. Mr. Johnson, pink is my favorite color and Puma is my favorite athleisure brand. So it was a no brainer for me to place this order quickly. I’ve emailed multiple times and no one has reached back in regards to this error. If I’m not valued as a customer. I will take my business elsewhere. There hasn’t been any effort to take accountability for the mistake and I shouldn’t have to take a loss for someone’s mistake. I called multiple times, as you probably know there is a recording, so I can’t speak to anyone either. Hopefully, you will make it right. My order number is 85239850529200011351360100. I want to receive my pink Puma dress or be refunded.
