I have been a loyal customer of Footlocker, Kids Footlocker, Lady Footlocker, Footaction, Champs and Eastbay for years (mainly of your retail stores). I'm a 40 years old "Sneakerhead" and remember when you use to be able to walk into a store and get the shoes you wanted at retail with no hassle and now, between limited pairs, limited store release, and resellers, it is just simply a hassle! Your online stores and apps are no better. This is now the 4th sneaker release that involves a pair of Jordans where your app purposely logs me out of all of my apps right before the release and when I try to log in with my correct username and password on the apps and website, I get a "request failed" message! But as soon as you are sold out, by the miracle of God, I can log in again! Additionally, how are sneakers released at 10 am and as soon as you log in at 10 am, they are all sold out?? I thought it was just me until I went on social media platforms, like Twitter and Facebook, where there were THOUSANDS of people complaining about the same thing. This is not fair and it's frustrating to people in the sneaker community, especially during this time when all we have to depend are online releases. This is an issue on all of your sites and apps. Maybe you don't care that you are losing loyal customers but you should. You all really need to fix this problem. I can't say enough how this is just totally unfair 🙁 I'm sure this will go overlooked, like many complaints of this matter. I hope that you treat this as an important matter because your reputation being at risk. If you don't believe me, just check social media yourself.
