@footlocker – Kenneth Hicks – Mr. Johnson, I am emailing you in regards to a recent Footlocker experience. On May

Daniel Hull sent a message to Kenneth Hicks that said:

Mr. Johnson,

I am emailing you in regards to a recent Footlocker experience. On May 8, 2020 I placed an order for a pair of Air Max Plus sneakers. I realized that I put the wrong size and called in to have the size changed (before the sneakers shipped and while the order was still processing) to my correct size.  After waiting on hold for over an hour, the associate informed me that they would not change the size and that I would have to wait until I received the sneakers and send them back for an exchange. I received the sneakers yesterday (May 15) and there was not any paperwork (receipt, return label, etc.) in the packaging. I took the package to my nearest UPS shipping center and it was $20.99 to ship the sneakers back just to get my correct size. I feel that this could have all been avoided if the associate would have just changed the size of my sneakers before the order shipped. Needless to say, I will no longer be shopping with Footlocker because of this experience.
Thank you for your time,
Daniel Hull
