Manager "Pat" admitted product defect YET denied return under false pretenses; while Foot Locker ALSO HAVING RECEIVED AND RETAINED PRODUCT IN STORE POSSESSION & OWNERSHIP; WITH DENIAL OF PURCHASE FUNDS RETURNED TO CUSTOMER.

5:45 pm "Pat" at retail store States "yes those sole arch supports ON THAT SHOE really cut into your feet".
A side arch support cuts through the foot in an unwearable way. Customer now having difficulty walking DUE TO the arches of FOOT LOCKER SOLD shoes digging into the nerves of foot. Glue resin permeates at least 7 different areas, largely and noticeably, onto the shoe canvas.
A large cut in the canvas tongue.

"Pat" denies these as Defective Workmanship after discussing the pain inducing new product.
​FOOT LOCKER RETAINS POSSESSION of the ​PRODUCT ON THEIR PREMISES ​without providing refund/purchase payment.​
