just got statement from my charge card; and it shows 11/29 charge to Cigna on 11/29 for my January payment. I have confirm number from the 11/29 conversation of my payment. as after 12:00pm I will be forced to call Mr. Hudgins of Insurance Commissioner of Georgia to help me; since your customer service can not solve this either per previous call. What is the problem? Can you help me with this? before 12:00 as I have done what I should to solve; and before I have to involve 3rd parties.
