For 3 years I have been dealing with a Kenmore gas grill issue. I have spoke to numerous people. finally last spring I dealt with Derrick who assured me that the burners I needed were out of stock but would be sent as soon as they came in. He apologized for all that I have been through. Needless to say grilling season is here again and I have no grill. The burners went bad within the 1st year and have a 5 year warranty. Is this the way you treat your customers now. Just today alone my husband has been on the phone for over 2 hours spoken to 14 people so far and hung up on 3 times! We are senior citizens and devoted customers.
