I am having great difficulty in transferring my investments from Fidelity UK to another platform. This matter has been going on for 3 months and is still not resolved. I have emailed Peter Horrell 3 times but without either an acknowledgement of receipt or a reply. It seems you need to investigate this very poor performance and shake up the management in the UK.
