for the immediate attention of Mr.Ross Mc Ewan CEO For Royal Bank of Scotland England.
I am and have been a loyal client within the RBS Since i was around 19yrs old,and today i will now tell you these set of circumstance that have happened unto myself from last week to the present day.You will be able to fully research all of what tell you and i hope that then you will see for yourself everything what i have been put threw has been totally unprofessional to say the least and not just on one occasion did i give each person who i asked for assistance in the correct way did they do that, instead something that i was in the right about got tangled up in wrong way and is looking for an esacape route which i did offer in the very beginning and that was something so simple which was to just rectifye the mistake if indeed it actually was a mistake and to do the just deed and correct that incomptience which has now given me no choice but to lead me to you who iis just and througher as your reputation proceeds you for helping your customers especially when there are in the right.so let me therefore begin to explain what has occurred,so on the 11/10/17 i was mugged in blackpool of my handbag which inside of it contained literally everything i valued i.e RBS Card.Mobile phone, housekeys etc,i immediately reported this to the police in blackpool crime ref WA1718794.Who got the number for RBS lost and stolen team, they gave me the phone and sat with me as i spoke to them,i spoke with a lady she didnt give and wouldnt give me her name her unhelpful manner over the phone to me was very cold and so unproffessional that i couldnt believe it nor the two police people at my side listening over loudspeaker to the conversation. So after i explained what had just hapopened to me,i told her to cancel my cards infact i demanded she completely shut down my banking system so nnothing at all may happen. She lead me to believe that she hasd taken care of that,so i then asked her for help with emergency cash as i had funds then in my account but for some strange reason she told me excuse that didnt maske sense and the more i questioned it the angery she became and point blank told me they was prepared to help me as it was security do you see the irony behind that which infact after putting things to questions why didnt she cancel my cards correctly after she told me that she did?Why wouldnt she let me take what was mine and had that night,as that is what your promise is to RBS customers,so why didnt she give me that, these are all questions i want her infront of you and other chief excutives of the RBS Team ans myself i would ask you to hold a full investigation to the lack of service she didnt provide to your RBS customer, that is just and right, she knew what she was doing completely,so she need to be thereforth now accountable for those unnessary actions brought against me Ms Lana Worthington 222a church street blackpool fy1 3pt
