For the numerous time I have experienced yet another DTE outage blamed on trees and the environment
Funny thing is the houses across the street are never without power
This is an I'm going inconvenience and risk to your customers
Who work from home and cannot because of the outage
Whose electronics and appliances are wearing out from the constant outages
And are patronized by your customer service staff who tell us it's the weather
This problem that has persisted for years needs to be addressed and root cause identified and fixed immediately and apologies and billing credits extended to your customers.
If I don't get a response my neighbors and I will contact the news media and let them take it from there
