Dear Sir, I have been trying to reach out to someone who can resolve the above matter. I guess no one listens after the sell the vehicle to you. Please, I need serious help to escalate this matter.
I purchase the car on the dealers promise that they will fix the problem, but it is been a few months they are not able to resolve the matter.
I left a few messages to customer service relations manager Shaskisha Garcia, no reply. Tried to send her email regarding the matter, email was returned back.
Please, I need help.
