I have done business with Ford for many years and have purchased many different Ford models. Recently I placed a down payment of $1000.00 down on a Ford Raptor, my dream truck. This truck was located at McMullen Ford in Council Bluffs IA. My truck was in the shop getting body work done after a minor accident, which they knew, and I was going to sell it to CarMax for the down payment on the new truck. I have a disability in which I have to take opioids and my doctor told me I could not drive that far to get a truck. I called to say that I had to cancel the transaction and to date they have not returned my $1000.00. I have e-mailed and called twice. I don't know what other recourse I can do. If you can provide any assistance it would be appreciated.
