Dear Mr. Fields,
I have had a 2016 Ford Mustang which was built on 9/29 and has been in a rail yard on factory hold since 10/8. I have been unable to get a suitable answer as to what my ETA is on this vehicle. I find it unacceptable that as a a Ford Stockholder, long time Customer having purchased many Ford\'s over a dozen of which have been Mustang\'s alone, that I cannot get an ETA on my vehicle. This is a daily driver and now is causing issues with commuting to work and with my vehicle financing.
