I am sure you hear many complaints but I wanted to write to give Ford a complement. I have owned a few Fords over the years, Escort, Windstar, Explorer (which I loved) our family car which is an Expedition and my husband has a Ford 250. In 2010 I purchased the Edge due to the miles per gallon due to my commuting. I would like to say THANK YOU!! it has been such a reliable and dependable car, besides normal maintenance it has not required anything else. It is so reliable I never worry about the car having issues since I have been commuting. I have currently reached 300,000 plus miles on this Edge and it is still going! I do plan on purchasing the new 2020 Escape in the fall and I am so looking forward to it! Thank you and your team so much for not only making a reliable care that has gotten me through 300,000 miles but an American made car!! I am a very proud Ford owner and my family will continue to purchase Ford Products. I cannot thank you and your team enough for building such a great car that had always confidence would get me from point A to B.
