Dear sir I am writing you abut one of your ford dealers Serramonte ford in colma California.
On April 10 2018 i brought my 2010 ford axplorer to the service dept.the check engine light was on and the message on the dash screen said check fuel fill tube.
The tech said he replaced the fuel fill assembly with new one.Serramonte ford charged me 786.68 dollars for this repair.
On 4/19/19 Ihad the same problem,check engine light and check fuel fill tube, Itook my car to James Ford in Half Moon Bay they checked it out and told me the same thing. I told them it had been replaced, they said that the part that was there was the orignal part, it was rusty and could not have been replaced, James Ford replaced the fuel fill tube. charged me 640.90 dollars.
I went back to Serramonte ford and showed them the paperwork ,and statement of the other dealer.It is now June 10th and I have not herd from Serramonte Ford about any refund of the 786 .dollars I am not happy with my service, I also hope this has not happened to someone else.Please get bact to me on this matter.
