Hello Mr. Hackett.
I hope all is well with you and yours in this current environment.
Can you help me with the following situation? I bought my college age son a 2013 Ford Fiesta in 2019. It seemed as though it was a perfect fit. A few days after I purchased it, the car started cutting off while the car was stopped. I took the car to the Ford dealer and I was told there was nothing they could find wrong with it. Unwittingly, I politely left. The problem has not ceased, but my son needs the car right now because he is working.
I have been on the internet a lot recently and came across a PowerShift Transmission Settlement for the 2013 Ford Fiesta. I would like to know if, since I only inquired the one time about my problems with stalling/stopping,
is there anything that I can do to possibly get the problem checked more thoroughly or maybe a discount on the purchase of another car? I am asking because in the settlement it states, the car would have to been seen 3 times.
I really appreciate you taking time to respond, simply for me to know what I can do in this situation.
Thank you very much Mr. Hackett, your time is appreciated.
V/r,
Clara Mims
