Hi, hope all is good and healthy, I , am a customer of a 2018 Ford Ecosport and having problems in receiving a touch screen board for my car. it has been months, now they are saying it is on back order.. I bought this car for a healthcare vehicle for hospice care.. I have no GPs for at least 6 months.. Can you please help me get this part so the ford dealership in Newnan Georgia can fix my car to visit my patients. I know I can use my phone, however, my phone is tied up with many phone calls from pt's loved one and cannot use my phone for GPS. I truly give thanks in advance to repair my vehicle under warranty.. I will consider a Rental from the Ford company to provide me with a working GPS>
