I brought my 2011 Ford Escape to Chiefland Ford ,Chiefland, Florida (352)493-4297 for a simple recall today at 900 am . I called and spoke to Mike at 200 pm and Mike informed me that he was having a problem getting the old part off of the vehicle. They close at 500 pm and I have one vehicle , that I need to go to work with. This I was told was a simple repair by Mike. If my vehicle is not repaired today I will file a complaint with the Florida Office of Attorney General , Better Business Bureau and United States Attorney General for deceptive ,business practices and file a law suit against Ford Motor Company for negligence.
