Larry Cassady sent a message to Mark Fields that said:
I have a2007 Ford Fusion. The front right airbag is supposed to be replaced. I got a notice in December of 2017. I have been unable to get information about when my car will be fixed.
I am retired, I take people with vision problems to doctors appointments, most of these people are not young, and they have a problem getting in the back of my car.
Please send me some information.
