I have been buying ford cards for over 30 years, and I really like them! my first was a ford escort I bought a long time ago, I had a ford focus that I recently had to get rid of and just got a 2016 ford fiesta! Im writing because I loved my ford focus and really didn't want to get rid of it, but im a single mom and grandmom and could not afford any big sum of money,it needed a big repair for a pruge valve which crushed my gas tank and fuel pump, I had already replaced the water pump and had a lot of recalls, I feel since I only put 40,000 miled on this car, I should of still been able to drive it and not had to get another huge carloan which is costing me $400 a month ,I felel I really should be compensated for all my pain and stress and all the faith I had in your auto, I still love fords but feel badly about how I was treated! im without a car that I really loved, and yes I do love the fiesta, but its not the same! ive been treated good by the ford dealership I go to, but all this business with losing my car, and im a female and I don't know much about cars, but I do know, that my 2012 ford focus was not a quality ford product that ive come to know, thanks for your time!
