I purchased a Ford F150 and it was a lemon. Your company has reclaimed the vehicle and I am having no luck in reaching the people at your company that are handling this. I have left numerous messages and no on calls me back, with the exception of Mario Ronda. I cannot reach anyone to get this settled and in the meantime, I am without a truck and still making payments to Ford Credit. I paid $50,000 for a brand new truck that was defective rolling off the assembly line. I was almost killed twice when the truck stopped working on the interstate. Your Customer Service Department lacks "service". I am able to submit, to you, all the paperwork that I have sent to your employees. I need your assistance as I am sure that this is not normal for Ford.
