I realize that you are a very busy and important person. I have tried to contact you as well as those directly under you in regards to a very disturbing set of problems and issues.
I purchased a car in excess of $100,000.00 less than 4 weeks ago, I have had numerous issues and would ask that I have the opportunity to speak with somebody above customer service escalations.
I respect your time and position, but I do think what I have experienced would be very important for a person of your position to hear and understand.
