The value of my vehicle (Fusion 2011) is depreciating daily, and I feel you, (Ford) is responsible to resolve this issue. Yes, Ford is providing me with a rental, which came many months after the recall. Also, the car I have been provided is not an equivalent vehicle. It's Toyota Carolla and the least you could provide me with an equivalent model vehicle. To say the least, I am not happy at all. I should be given the option of trading in my car at not to me.
