Dear Mr. Hackett,
I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus on 9/10/17 with 27185 miles. It has had transmission problems and been back to the 5 times at 2795,29798,33211,35969 and 39493 miles. I Called dealer service 5/28/19 same problem. I Called Ford customer service on 5/15/19 they said someone would contact me after reviewing and they did. I was contacted by a repurchase coordinator who needed copies of the registration, title, bill of sale and drivers license. that was sent 6/6/19. I have not heard from the coordinator after I sent him two emails and left a phone message wanting to know progress of the repurchase. I would appreciate this repurchase to to be completed as soon as possible.
