I purchased a new 2020 Transit Connect Van (+/-$15,830) from your company on May 25 and financed it through your company.
On Thursday, June 18, I paid the entire balance due (+/-$15,880) through your website.
Today, Monday, June 22, I went to the Ford Loan Account Manager website and saw that I still had a total balance due of +/-$15,880. Now, my son's bank account shows that your company has taken out the entire $15+K amount out of his bank account. The entire balance due is now sitting your company's bank account. I repeat: THE ENTIRE BALANCE DUE IS NOW SITTING IN YOUR COMPANY'S BANK ACCOUNT yet that fact is not noted on your loan department's website.
I called the loan department today and spoke with Terry in Texas. She said that a monthly payment of $280 will post tonight/Monday night and the balance due will post on Thursday night or a week after I made the payment. I said to Terry that my money is sitting in your company's bank account and you're saying to me that it won't post for a week?
Forgive me for shaking my head in disbelief, but I do know understand this business practice of yours. Can you please have someone who can correct this please contact me? Thank you.
