This is an email for the CEO of ford. We are utterly disappointed that our Ford Focus had an engine blow up in 2012, soon for a recall letter to be received, degas hose changed and checked. Multiple problems since and the final problem happened just a few weeks ago - coolant tank empty, degas hose split, water pouring out of the hose, engine needs replacing again. Awful customer service received, asking us to sign a disclaimer, no courtesy car. Have been contacting ford customer relations l, sent all details to them, still no joy. We are fed up, want the issue resolved so we can move on and purchase a new car. As the CEO of Ford we wondered if you wanted it resolve the issue before we take it any further. (We’ve been without a vehicle for over 3 weeks already)
