Sir I am A Marine Veteran and 72 years old, My wife passed away 4 years ago, and I have been trying to get help through Ford Motor Credit, reference a TITLE for a 1986 Ford Bronco, That she and I purchased New with a Lease Purchase back in 1985.
I have talked to many many folks at your Ford Motor Credit over the last 4 years. They all are sympathetic, and have sent lien Releases. However the Douglas County Colorado DMV will not accept any of the documentation your folks have provided so far.
I need to speak with someone who will give me a phone number i can reach the same person at until I get this resolved.
I have probably spoke to 15-20 of your Customer reps over the years and none will give a correct phone number or name for a return contact, after I get rejected by the DMV.
I would like someone in management to give me a call, and share a correct phone number and email, so I can finally get this resolved.
