I have been a Ford man for more than 35 years. When I put $2500 into my 1990 t-bird for a transmission issue that mechanic said should have been recall I dealt with it. Now it's almost $500 for a door latch on my 2012 Lincoln MKX that mechanic (and many stories from people on the internet) say that it should be a recall. I will trade my car in and never buy another Ford if I have to pay this out of my pocket. I hope to hear from you. Loyal Ford customer
