Customer Service is worthless. Power out for 5 says . The last three days they have estimated completion by end of day. When the estimate comes it is extended 24 hours. None of the estimates are believable.
Situation: 9 Lake Isle Way, Ormond Beach, FL neighborhood of 1000 homes and 180 homes without power even though the ones who did get power got it 3 days ago. The 180 homes are in the center of the neighborhood so it can't be a feeder issue. Underground distribution so it can't be a power line down. No trucks in neighborhood for last three days. It's almost like they forgot us.
