Fraud Corruption at Vodafone EGYPT Marcom

Dear Vittorio,
I am writing to share with you the level of corruption encountering at Vodafone Egypt Marcom Department! Although Vodafone brand is ruled by trust, credibility and integrity, I trust that the behave of conducts has been breached by the management of the new marcom head maha nagy! Unfortunately since her management period, the company has witnessed the maximum level of corruption witnessed and documented with the following incidents:
· Maha has appointed day one since she joined a newly start-up agency with Zero credential of any projects back ground nor any capability. An agency that was created before she joined a month earlier and has no credibility or back ground to handle scale of telecom projects! This agency called Rabbit Experience been granted a volume of business exceeded in less than 6 month a minimum of L.E.7M! Strangely enough the owner of rabbit Experience is her husband! This is not declared nor announced to anyone from HR or Procurement. Strangely enough all in market and Vodafone employees know this fact and no one is daring to confront her or stop her!
· Rabbit Experience has done and delivered major fetal mistakes with all projects handled. Since day one delivering their first projects, lots of incidents happened incorrectly as working without permits, declaring payments with services never been delivered ,etc….non of this has been in any control nor penalties. This has been witnessed by Maha activation team, which were also hired especially when she came on board as they were her ex-peers at Pepsico.
· Rabbit experience are always aware of any briefing process prior to any other agency with detailed requirements and deliverables.
· Not only this, astonishly enough, rabbit experience, they win pitches and then they outsource all won projects to the current local Vodafone agencies!!!i.e. current control flex campaign…it is granted and being handled by a long lasted local agency that being serving Vodafone brand for the last 12 years called presentation! previously happened, another project was handled to also an agency used to work with Vodafone called innovation crew.
· The reason for this, that rabbit experience is extending and leveraging their power threating all local agency as the only sole controller for any Vodafone brief!!!
· To give you an example…maha fired innovation crew-Local Agency- when she discovered that the owner of innovation crew was started to complain the reason they are not taking the job directly from Vodafone and all ordered need to come outsourced from rabbit experience!
· To share with you the scale, Rabbit Experience was with Zero credential in 6 month was assigned to handle media outdoors projects, TV copy productions!, road shows and Mega production event while their capability is totally outsourced!
· Some other facts that are worrying enough for all. how come an agency causes harm to Vodafone brand to an extent that its covered negatively at Media under the title ”Vodafone Ruin Egyptian Easter Vacation” where a produced sampling gate collapsed and destroyed passing cars and caused a big accident and risk safety of lives! The agency was not notified and still working on more and more projects for Vodafone! Please refer to media monitoring reports

If you don’t trust the above, you need to audit all the above facts and see that this has been the talk of market from internal employees, suppliers, agencies…all are aware and no one dare to open this subject publically. All is wondering why also this is being left with its highest level of corruption and un-integrity of action and mark negativity Vodafone image and reputation in market! This is a complete fraud, integrity mis conduct!
