FRAUDULENT sale Help!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a demo cari E250 coupe) at mercedes benz Sydney Australia last Thursday(27 Oct). I specifically askd if the car was manufactured in 2016 during the negotiation and the answer was"yes". So i bought the car. On the demo car purchase contract, the production date is Jan 2016, which proofs their answer. Two days later after I got the car, I saw the build date label on the door panel, it says Oct 2015, which does not match the contract. However, other details of the car such as VIN number match the contract. Isn't this a breach and violation of the contract? Is this FRAUD As of today, the response I got from the dealer is the label on the car is incorrect! How could this possible!!!???
