Friday May 6, 2016, my husband and I visited your location at 484 W. County Line Road Westerville, OH 43082. We presented our Doctors order to the personal, after staring at the order for a long time, I asked them if there was a problem. One of them replied that she was afraid of all animals. The other one continued to stare at the order, then shook her head and said she wouldn't do it either. They said they were afraid of dogs. My husband is blind and uses a guide dog as his mobility aid. Ok, I told them, let my husband take your arm, do his testing, then we would change places. I felt this was more than reasonable
