I am hoping that you can help me. I am so very disappointed with the game system I purchased and mis-guided with the sales person. I turned in my switch as my kids just didn’t get into it 😢. My husband and I were contemplating on XBox or PS4. The sales person said XBOX is much better. However never offered us to try out an used one first so we purchased a new one with pug4. My family hates it. Now unsatisfied and misinformed of getting the used one to try out first I would have definitely returned it within the time and gotten the PS4. Also the employee said the remotes for Xbox were chargeable that’s not the case I need to by chargeable batteries. Everything was not accurate that was mentioned to us.
Is there anything you can do for us? We traded in the switch at $200 and put out a $100 in games and remote. We r located in NJ. Please help us. Very sad with the whole thing.
