We placed a preorder (#1100000016433764) for the PS5 on Sept. 17th, 2020. Over the last week and half I've received emails stating they could not process my payment for some reason, I updated my payment information every single time. I finally decided to call in on 11/03/2020 and spoke wit one of your reps. I explained what was going on. After placing me on hold she came back on told me not to worry about those emails and i should just simply igand my order was cancelled and when i called this morning i was advised the order was cancelled because of being unable to process my payment. This is absolutely not right. nore them because everything was fine on their end which is what i did. I wake up this morning
