I have an old "merchandise credit" in the amount of $509.86 that has not been redeemed, however it is ringing up as redeemed. This is NOT correct. I have been through various customer service reps via phone and email to only recieve a "sorry we can't help" response.
When trying to purchase merchandise from store #0669 last week, the store manager Selena Agerwal who has been with the company for many years said that "it is NOT possible to have the original certificate transaction number and the non existent redemption number as the same number" and she thinks this is the problem.

Please look into this matter further to see that this merchandise credit has not been redeemed and reissue a updated credit/gift card.
